Certified protected workshop

Compliance that pays for itself

PFA Radu Marian Sorinel is a certified protected workshop. Companies with more than 50 employees can use 50% of the monthly disability-employment fund they owe the state to purchase fire-safety services from us.

In short: instead of paying the full levy to the state budget, half of it becomes a real investment in your site's safety — documentation, registers, training and evacuation drills.

Recent history shows that non-compliance with emergency legislation — sometimes through ignorance, over seemingly minor details — has led to criminal cases, loss of life and the long-term or permanent closure of businesses. Don't take the risk. Forethought is the mother of wisdom.

What the law says

Employers who do not hire persons with disabilities may opt to pay at least 50% of the national gross minimum wage multiplied by the number of unfilled positions to the state budget. The remaining amount up to 100% is used to purchase, on a partnership basis, products or services made by persons with disabilities employed in certified protected workshops.

  1. Calculate the fund you owe each month using the formula below.
  2. Sign a partnership with a certified protected workshop — such as PFA Radu Marian Sorinel.
  3. Purchase fire-safety services and deduct 50% of your state obligation.
